| We've been visiting the George for over a year since being recommended this restaurant by friends. We regard ourselves as regulars and we have never left feeling disappointed with the standard of food. The standards have always been high, but Tony and the team have somehow taken their food and service to another level in recent months. | |||||||||||

first went to The George 5 months ago for an Athena
Networking lunch where around 20 ladies descended on the
restaurant all at once. Despite the big group the service
was brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome and
appreciated. Since then I have been back every month for the networking meetings as well as a few other times and some evening meals. I love to choice of menu and know that whatever I pick will be mouth watering- i am slowly working my way through the menu and had a fabulous chicken dish today! The wine list has been carefully selected and attention to detail is apparent. I am really looking forward to my next visit where i may even stay over and get tipsy! |

| We had a great time last night, took my girlfriend out for a romantic meal at La Collina the wine was great, the meal was excellent, the staff were warm and friendly and they let us relax on the sofa near a log fire after the meal, we really felt at home. I have been there a few times now & I think it just gets better & better. And now there's an extended menu offering pizza and another great addition to an already splendid menu. | |||||||||||
